These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to business-to-business (B2B) transactions.

By placing an order through this website, the customer confirms that they are acting in the course of their business, trade, or profession and not in a personal capacity as a consumer.

These Terms govern all commercial relationships between Judy Kaufmann and its business customers.

3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance.

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance but confirms receipt of the order. Judy Kaufmann reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected misuse of the B2B platform.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are intended for B2B customers.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs.

Applicable taxes will be calculated based on the customer’s billing country and the VAT information provided at checkout.

Full payment is required before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Shipping

Orders are dispatched from our office in Barcelona, Spain, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders are shipped within 1–5 business days of receipt.

Estimated delivery times:

• European Union: 5–8 working days

• Outside the European Union: 8–20 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance procedures, and circumstances beyond our control.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges for deliveries outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery of the goods.

6. Returns and Claims

As this website is intended exclusively for B2B transactions, the right of withdrawal applicable to consumers does not apply.

Customers must inspect goods upon receipt.

Any claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect goods must be submitted in writing within 5 working days of delivery.

Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

All images, texts, logos, product designs, and other materials displayed on this website are the property of Judy Kaufmann and are protected by intellectual property laws.
